Delivering Improvements for Everyday Victorians

To enhance its service and response rate, our client, a major Emergency Services Organisation (ESO), engaged INDEX to provide expert advice related to Microsoft BizTalk. The goal was to streamline and integrate systems to more easily connect discrete systems for reliable and faster information transfers. During the engagement, our consultants provided architecture, governance and support for both internal and external third party suppliers.

 

This assignment had high visibility and was part of a larger program of works to implement a new core platform for everyday Victorians. INDEX is pleased to have assisted in the delivery of the platform to a high standard and helped with an error-free deployment, resulting in a significant improvement in the response rate for callers to the ESO.
