Outsourced Testing as a Service

INDEX tendered successfully to provide outsourced Test Management to a major Victorian State Government Department. The ongoing engagement across multiple projects includes test strategy, end-to-end test management and analysis.

Part of our value-add and service offering includes reviewing current processes and providing recommendations related to improvement. We began with the formulation of a strategy and suggested enhancements to development practices and infrastructure environments. Planning and testing tools were deployed (including Quality Center) to manage and execute improvements across the varied projects and technology landscape. These included associated project gates and documentation. Systems ranged from mobile applications through to traditional back-end core business systems.

Our engagement is ongoing and allows the service to be scaled up or down according to current project requirements and timelines. INDEX has achieved improvements related to quality and maturity of systems while working across different project methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile dependent upon specific project needs.
