Business Analyst

About the role

INDEX is partnering with a government client on a high-stakes program of work — and we are looking for a Business Analyst to help lead delivery. You will work on systems where the cost of getting it wrong is real, alongside a senior, pragmatic team that cares about outcomes over billable hours.

This is hands-on work with genuine influence. You will shape decisions, mentor others, and work alongside the stakeholders who depend on what you build.

• Mentor others and lift the standard of practice across the team.

What you will bring

• Strong, demonstrable experience in the government space.
• A genuine commitment to governance, security and quality — not as an afterthought.
• Experience in regulated or government environments is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
