Our client is a large Victorian Government-owned organisation providing shared ICT services across multiple departments and agencies. They deliver critical workplace, security, identity, network and cloud services that support thousands of public sector users. The organisation plays a key role in enabling reliable, secure and contemporary digital services for government operations.
This role supports the delivery of a large-scale Modern Desktop (Windows 11) deployment while ensuring Business as Usual (BAU) workplace and application services remain stable. You will work within a high-demand operational environment, balancing incident resolution with deployment support. The role is critical in maintaining service continuity, reducing operational risk and supporting customer satisfaction during sustained periods of change.
