Stuart Lindsay
Over 20 years’ experience across recruitment and consulting within Banking and Financial Services, working internationally across the UK, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
Known for building trusted, relationship-led partnerships with clients, supporting organisations to solve complex challenges across technology, transformation and capability.
In the Australian market, has partnered closely with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes across executive hiring, team scaling and large-scale programs, including M&A integration and separation.
Mili Nambiar
Mili brings over a decade of experience in IT Consulting and Talent Acquisition, helping enterprise clients across ANZ, Asia and EMEA solve complex business challenges. Her approach centres on understanding client pain points, identifying root causes and aligning solutions that are tailored to the client’s business.
As a Resource Delivery Manager at INDEX Consultants, she leads talent attraction and onboarding. She has delivered high-quality resources by building project resource pools, maintaining strong consultant engagement and enhancing effective resource allocation processes.
Sally Yang
Based in Victoria and leading the Consultant Care Team, Sally has over 15 years’ experience in IT recruitment. She brings extensive expertise in supporting contractors across their full lifecycle from onboarding through to redeployment.
She works closely with both contractors and internal teams to build meaningful connections, foster engagement, and strengthen a supportive, contractor community.
Tamara Ryf
Tamara Ryf is CEO of The Clicks Group, which includes Clicks IT Recruitment and INDEX Consultants. She leads the group’s strategy, growth and market position across technology recruitment, consulting and advisory services.
With more than 20 years’ experience in Australia and Europe, Tamara has held senior leadership roles across delivery, account management, executive governance and strategic client engagement.
She brings deep experience in technology workforce solutions, commercial delivery models and long-term client partnerships, with a focus on helping organisations attract, retain and develop exceptional technology talent.
