INDEX is partnering with a Private organisation that provides managed cloud and infrastructure services as a mid-market Managed Service Provider.
The environment offers exposure to end-to-end project delivery, modern Microsoft technologies, and a broad mix of client environments across multiple industries.

About the role
This role is responsible for designing and delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions across the full project lifecycle, from presales through to implementation and operational handover.
You will shape technically sound, commercially viable solutions that drive strong client outcomes and long-term supportability within an MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud and infrastructure solutions aligned to client requirements, security standards, and operational best practice
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including discovery, solution design, implementation, and structured handover to service teams
• Contribute to presales activities including technical scoping, solution design, and input into RFP/RFQ responses and effort estimation
• Produce high-quality documentation including Statements of Work, detailed designs, and as-built and knowledge transfer materials

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions within a Managed Service Provider environment
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and modern workplace platforms
• Solid understanding of core infrastructure including Windows Server, virtualisation, networking, and backup and disaster recovery
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-facing communication
