About the role:
INDEX is partnering with a leading Australian University to provide them with best-practice enterprise-level support for their Windows Server team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on the Service Desk job queue for the ITS Iaas Windows Server team.
- Working on patching and security improvements.
- Working on service automation improvement projects.
- Working on team Documentation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated Windows Server Operations admin via Powershell, especially experience of automation improvements.
- Demonstrated expertise in Windows Server infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, DC, AD, PKI, ADFS, and AAD).
- Strong knowledge of Azure support and management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and managing an Office365 environment.
- Demonstrated technical project leadership including documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Desirable but not mandatory – experience with Ansible Automation and/or Azure Automation Hybrid Runbook Worker.
Other Requirements:
- Must have unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
- Be able to travel to Canberra when required.
