About the role:
INDEX Consultants are partnering with a Construction sector customer to help them optimize their P2P (Procurement to Pay) processes. As an INDEX Consultant, you will be joining this project in the implementation phase.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the execution of project tasks and activities to ensure they are on schedule.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Engage with key stakeholders (Project Services, Business Systems and Finance).
- Communicate project progress, updates and issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience as either a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Experience with a Project Management tool (Smartsheet, Monday.com or equivalent).
- Experience with SAP Financial Management Software would be highly regarded.
Other Requirements
- Must have unlimited working rights in Australia.
- Sydney based.
