About the role:
INDEX Consultants are currently partnering with a Federal Government customer to support one of their AI related projects. We are looking for Project Support Officers to help deliver to outcomes of this project.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality project management documents in alignment with best practices.
- Negotiate and communicate effectively to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities using strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Provide exceptional administrative and project support to a high-profile project team.
Required skills:
- Ability to manage and support the development of project artefacts, including schedules, deliverables, risks and issues in tight timeframes.
- Extensive experience in drafting and preparation of briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for reporting to Senior Executives in government.
- Demonstrate an ability to be collaborative and connected, form productive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in project support.
Other Requirements
- Must be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN with BASELINE clearance.
- Sydney or Canberra based.
Working Arrangements
- Onsite 5 days a week in the Sydney or Canberra office.
