About the role:
INDEX Consultants are looking for a WordPress Developer, for one of our State Government customers. This WordPress Developer will lead the project to transition from SharePoint to WordPress, enabling external member access and creating custom template designs. This is a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a WordPress website to serve as the new platform and set up necessary plugins and tools for improved functionality and security
- Work with the internal team to implement user authentication and access controls as well as SSO components
- Create custom template designs that align with the organization’s branding and user experience requirements
- Thoroughly test the WordPress site to identify and resolve any functional or design issues.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in WordPress development.
- Experience integrating the Microsoft Learning API
- Experience with Azure AD,
- Experience with Sharepoint will be highly regarded
Other Requirements
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
