INDEX is partnering with a Private organisation to support a mid-market Managed Service Provider that provides managed cloud and infrastructure services.
The environment focuses on client-facing technical leadership, service stability, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of managed services customers.

About the role
This role is responsible for leading technical service delivery across a portfolio of clients, acting as a senior advisor driving service performance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
You will own technical roadmaps, influence delivery outcomes, and ensure services remain stable, scalable, and commercially aligned.

Key Responsibilities

• Own service health, reporting, and risk management across assigned clients, including roadmap planning and ongoing service optimisation
• Lead client engagement, acting as a senior technical advisor and escalation point for complex delivery and service issues
• Drive delivery-led growth through technical roadmaps, presales input, and identification of improvement opportunities
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring service stability, cost optimisation, and alignment to client outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar client-facing leadership role within an MSP environment
• Strong capability across cloud, infrastructure, and managed services delivery with the ability to align technical and commercial outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in service management, including risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be Melbourne based
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Residents
