What does the recruitment process look like?
We keep it simple. A brief phone screen, one or two conversations with the relevant team lead, and a final discussion about fit. No marathon panel interviews — we respect your time and know how to assess quickly.
Do I need a security clearance?
Not always, but many of our government and defence roles require an active Baseline, NV1, or NV2 clearance. We’ll be upfront in the job description. If you’re working toward a clearance, some roles allow for sponsorship.
Do you hire contractors as well as permanent staff?
Yes — both. Permanent roles offer stability and career path; contract roles offer rate and flexibility. We work with senior contractors across all five practices.
Which cities do you hire in?
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra — with varying availability by practice. Some roles support hybrid or remote working depending on the client engagement.
