Our client sought to out a establish a new, independent entity in the healthcare space.

A project of significant proportions, this spin-off presented a complex challenge, requiring seamless application support for the newly-formed organisation. A diverse application landscape, encompassing both legacy systems and modern technologies, demanded a multifaceted approach.

To navigate this challenge, INDEX assembled a dedicated delivery team of 10, possessing a distinct strength in their unique blend of expertise. The consultants possessed a deep understanding of both legacy systems (IBM Mainframe Z/OS, COBOL, CICS, DB2) and modern technologies (SAP BusinessObjects, Report Development, User Administration).
